Job posting end date: 10/30/2026 We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Quote and Order Management Specialist) to join our Customer Service team. You will be responsible for managing the full quote-to-cash cycle, including preparing customer quotes, processing orders, and handling invoicing, which involves close coordination with internal teams and global partners.

Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless order execution and delivering an exceptional customer experience, which will positively impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will join a team of customer service and order management specialists who are passionate about delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality support to customers while ensuring efficient order execution. We are continuously working on improving customer service processes, streamlining order workflows, and strengthening collaboration across teams.

We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales, purchasing, logistics, and finance teams, as well as external partners and customers.
