Mutual is looking for a motivated and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role is ideal for those new to the insurance industry who are eager to build strong customer relationships while learning the foundations of insurance and sales. This is more than a customer service role, it is a launchpad into a fulfilling career as an Insurance Agent within the Ontario Mutuals.

Building strong relationships with policyholders by providing friendly, reliable,



and professional service Acting as the first point of contact for policyholder questions about policies, billing, and claims Assisting the Sales Agents with administrative support throughout the sales cycle Participating in training and development activities related to insurance products, systems, and sales practices Observing and supporting Sales Agents to gain exposure to sales conversations and policyholder advisory practices Post‑secondary education in Insurance, or related experience with a general knowledge and understanding of Ontario Mutuals and Westminster Mutual Previous customer service experience, an asset Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills A friendly, community‑oriented workplace Full time ‘in‑office’ opportunity Direct training and mentorship from experienced Sales Agents Competitive Defined Contribution Pension Plan A explicit path to move into a Sales Agent role as you develop If you are in search of a career where you can grow, learn, and make an impact in your community, we would love to hear from you!
