What you'll do Process orders and respond to partner enquiries Resolve issues quickly with care and professionalism Advise partners on products and promotions Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams What we're looking for ~1+ years of customer service or call-centre experience ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ~ Comfortable with order systems and multitasking ~ Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented ~ Beauty industry knowledge is a plus
