United Management is looking for a full-time Client Service Representative to become part of our Winnipeg team.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys meeting people, learning about new technology, and helping customers make sense of their choices. You’ll be introduced to a range of telecommunications offerings and will develop the knowledge needed to confidently communicate with customers in a professional setting.

No telecommunications background is required. Training is provided.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Rather than spending your day behind a desk, you’ll interact directly with customers and become a knowledgeable point of contact for the services we represent.

Your day may involve

- Connecting with customers and creating a comfortable, professional interaction
- Finding out what matters most to each individual before discussing available solutions
- Becoming familiar with telecommunications services, features, and current offerings
- Breaking down technical or service-related information into simple terms
- Helping customers compare available choices based on their circumstances
- Responding to questions and following up when additional information is needed
- Completing customer details and other required documentation
- Keeping your knowledge current as products and offerings change
- Sharing customer feedback and observations with the wider team
- Taking part in regular meetings and skill-building sessions

Experience in telecommunications, retail, hospitality, customer relations, or another public-facing environment is an asset, but it is not a requirement. Training & Development
