Clinic Manager / Practice Coach II - Fixed Term, Full-Time ~ Posted on September 14, 2026 On-site Full-Time Our FYidoctors - Courtice clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Practice Coach to fill an existing vacancy! This position is a full-time fixed-term role until March 2028, working 40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

You’ll empower staff, optimize clinic performance, and enhance the lives of patients in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment! Lead daily clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences and alignment with company strategy, goals, and values Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge Collaborate with Regional Coach to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve clinic objectives Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve clinic objectives Drive practice development by improving procedures,
