EpicCare Inpatient Ambulatory while enhancing EMR performance through user collaboration and analytical expertise. Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Applications, this role requires two years of clinical experience and familiarity with Epic EMR. You will troubleshoot, implement changes, and help improve system standards by closely engaging with healthcare professionals.

Additionally, you will participate in system testing, upgrades, and training initiatives, ensuring explicit communication between all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the EMR system
- Enhance user experience through feedback implementation




- Participating in testing and system upgrades
- Train staff on EMR usage and workflows
- Document policies and procedures to improve EMR use

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in health informatics or related field
- EPIC certification within three months of hire
- Experience with Epic EMR and hospital information systems
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of clinical workflows in a hospital
