We are currently seeking to fill operator roles in cnc laser cutting, cnc press brake and bandsaw operation.

General Qualifications:

Read and interpret production drawings, work orders and other manufacturing specifications to select materials, plan work flow in the material processing area and operate cnc laser cutting tables, press brakes and bandsaws.

We are seeking candidates with experience with any of the above listed machines.

Skills required

- Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint literacy
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM or laser control software
- Precision measurement and attention to detail
- Knowledge of workplace safety protocols regarding lasers, high voltage, and moving machinery

Responsibilities: Environment: Work well independently, maintain safe work procedures at all times, lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

General Material Handling:



Secure operation of overhead cranes & forklift for material movement.

Interpreting Drawings: Reading technical drawings, CAD file to understand dimensions, tolerances, and cut paths or bend profiles.

Machine Setup: Loading raw material sheets onto the cutting tables, installing correct lenses or nozzles, selecting process gases, and configuring parameters like laser power, speed, and focus. Or setting bend programs for press brake programming.

Operation and Monitoring: Running program cycles and actively observing the cutting or bending processes to catch errors, material shifting, or performance irregularities.

Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts against required dimension tolerances.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Cleaning optics, monitoring coolant and gas levels, performing basic repairs, and resolving real-time cutting or software glitches. Monitoring tooling condition on press brake dies.

Workflow planning: Follow schedules and plan part processing orders to support fabrication.
