Adecco is currently hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a full-time chance with a leading manufacturing organization in Markham, ON. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who are eager to develop their skills in CNC machining, blueprint reading, quality inspection, and precision manufacturing. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience operating CNC milling and lathe equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to achieving production targets while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour + $5 night premium Shift : Night shift Permanent|Full-time Competitive pay plus night shift premium Entry-level opportunity with training provided Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other production equipment. Operate saw equipment and support production activities. Maintain production rates while meeting quality standards.

Inspect parts using measuring and inspection equipment.



Verify product accuracy before shipment. Complete production, quality, SPC, and timesheet documentation. Report production issues or discrepancies to Lead Hands or Setters.

Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures.
