As a CNC Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up (where applicable), operating, and monitoring CNC equipment while maintaining exceptional standards for quality, accuracy, and efficiency. As a CNC Operator at SyBridge Technologies, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality precision components while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.





Set up and operate CNC machining equipment in accordance with work instructions Load and unload materials and workpieces safely and efficiently Monitor machine performance and make offsets as required Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment Verify parts meet quality and dimensional requirements Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production schedules and customer expectations High school diploma or equivalent ~2-5 years of CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) ~ Experience operating CNC mills ~ Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain-controlled CNC machines is considered an asset ~ Strong understanding of machining practices and quality requirements ~ Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills ~ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality ~ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environment Comfortable working around varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and other manufacturing conditions Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves,
