Join North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services in Cochrane as a full time Administrative Assistant. Provide essential clerical support, schedule meetings, and maintain records efficiently and professionally. As part of the Clerical team, you will support the Agency's programs through data entry, document formatting, and receptionist duties.

This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth operational flow. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clerical support through data entry functions
- Format documents, forms, and reports as required
- Schedule, attend, and take notes for departmental meetings
- Perform receptionist duties during office hours
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in English and French is required
- Minimum G2 driver’s license at application
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
