Job Overview:

Mid-West Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in various construction tasks, able to follow instructions, and work efficiently in a team environment. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to the successful completion of commercial construction projects by providing physical labor and assisting in different stages of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the setup, preparation and maintenance of construction sites.
- Assist with demolition and other manual tasks as needed.
- Assist in the installation of building materials and structures.
- Work closely with other team members, supervisors, and contractors to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction or related labor work.




- Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Basic Tools
