Easy Lend Financial is a growing equipment financing brokerage helping Canadian businesses get the equipment they need to grow. We work with a broad panel of lenders across the credit spectrum, which means we can find a way to say yes more often — and our dealer and client relationships are built on that.
The role
We're looking for Commercial Finance Specialists to originate and manage equipment financing deals. You'll build your own portfolio of dealer and client relationships, work deals from application through funding, and earn uncapped commission on every deal you close.
What you'll do
- Build and grow your own book of business: prospect equipment dealers and commercial clients, develop relationships, and generate deal flow
- Work financing applications end to end — from intake and lender placement through approval and funding
- Learn our multi-lender panel: who approves what, at what terms, and how fast
- Follow up relentlessly — this is a relationship business and consistency wins
- Represent Easy Lend Financial with professionalism to dealers, clients, and lending partners
What we're looking for:
- Experience in equipment financing,
commercial lending, or B2B sales (preferred but not required — drive matters more)
- Self-starter who can build a pipeline and work it every day
- Strong communication skills and comfort talking to business owners
- Organized, follow-through oriented, and hungry to earn
- Valid driver's licence and ability to visit dealers/clients in the region
Compensation:
- Commission-based with uncapped earning potential — your income grows directly with the business you build
- Training and mentorship from experienced brokers while you build your portfolio
