Maryland Heating & Air is looking for a skilled, motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you're a problem-solver who thrives on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment , this is your shot to work with a local company that values quality over quotas—and people over profits. Diagnose and repair commercial rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, heat pumps, boilers, VRF/mini-split systems, and other commercial HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and system inspections per service agreements Accurately document service notes, parts used, and recommendations with work order software Ensure all work meets local HVAC codes, safety standards, and company guidelines Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service (currently every 7 weeks)
