In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a producer's book of business while providing professional guidance and exceptional service to a diverse commercial clientele. As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for: Managing and servicing a commercial insurance portfolio

- Preparing, reviewing, and issuing insurance documents, including quotations, certificates, endorsements, and invoices
- Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and the placement of risks with insurance carriers
- Processing policy changes, rate revisions, retention activities, and inbound service requests
- Handling renewals and providing professional advice on coverage options and risk management solutions
- Responding to client inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients and insurance partners. Valid AMF Commercial Insurance License (required)
- Minimum of three (3)



years of experience in commercial insurance
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Functional proficiency in English for professional communications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work

- Competitive base salary starting at $70,000+ , based on experience
