Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes in a timely manner
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and carriers, ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-through
- Collaborate with Producers and internal teams to support retention and account growth




- Maintain a robust understanding of commercial coverage, underwriting requirements, and industry regulations

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines experience
- Active RIBO license in good standing
- Proficiency in Applied Epic
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and client-service mindset
