LeMoine Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their practice. The successful candidate will work across a range of litigation matters including but not limited to commercial litigation, personal injury, estate litigation, employment litigation etc.



Manage a litigation caseload of various types of litigation.

Handle all stages of the litigation process: drafting pleadings, discoveries, hearings, mediations, and trial. Advise clients on legal strategy and case development in a clear, client-friendly manner. Draft and review documents.

Maintain organized files and meet all court deadlines and regulatory obligations. Member in good standing with the Law Society of Recent Brunswick, the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, or both (or eligibility for transfer). Minimum 4 years of litigation experience.

Strong written and oral advocacy skills with the ability to independently manage a demanding caseload.
