Under the supervision of the technical supervisor, the packaging set-up operator assembles, adjusts and operates various machines in the Packaging Department.

Batch production Ensuring that the assembly, disassembly, and operation of equipment comply with established procedures and instructions

- Diligently completing documentation during production
- Collaborating with operators and the team leaders to ensure that the production schedule is met
- Participating in continuous improvement to optimize equipment performance
- Ensuring that production steps are followed as specified in the MBR (Manufacturing Batch Record). Equipment and material Complying with production standards (OEE, productivity, yield targets)
- May verify, complete and submit batch records and packaging documents
- Entering data into production management systems. Working in accordance with applicable GMP and HSE standards, policies and procedures




- Reporting any quality/HSE events to their manager
- High school diploma, a DEC in mechanics or a DEP with relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a set-up operator in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.

Technical And Professional Requirements

Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic knowledge

- Knowledge of production tools. Robust mechanical skills
- Compliance with standards, procedures, safety protocols, and good manufacturing practices
- French (spoken and written) is essential
