Apply social media management and optimization best practices across platforms. Monitor emerging organic and paid social media trends. Evaluate and recommend channels and technologies to improve performance.

Compile social media data to deliver actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports. Track progress, execution, and consistency across social media initiatives.



Work with our PR firm to secure speaking opportunities at key events aligned with our strategy Monitor and coordinate media requests.

Conduct outreach to online media, influencers, and partners. Collaborate with the communications team to pitch stories aligned with key objectives. Support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Align communications with corporate strategy.

Develop engaging narratives with internal teams to integrate into social strategy. Support PR/Communications event planning and execution, including seasonal forecasts. Build and foster strong media relationships.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to meet communication needs. Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, PR, or a related field. ~3+ years in PR, Communications, or Marketing. ~ Proven track record writing press releases, speeches, articles, reports, and web copy. ~ Cross-platform content writing expertise. (Strong knowledge of social platforms, content distribution, and SEO. ~ Experience with media monitoring tools and wire services. ~ Experience managing WordPress sites. ~ Skills in video editing and creative design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). ~ Basic understanding of HTML and UX/UI principles. ~ Familiarity with AI tools and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). ~ Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset. ~ Our operations are 24/7 and sometimes we need to respond to the media, consumers and key stakeholders when urgent matters arise - not everyday - but it happens - this is not an issue for you!
