The incumbent is also responsible for managing occupational injury claims for the sites under their responsibility.

Salary scale 004: $73000 to $91 200 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.) Manage health and wellness programs, including the integrated management of occupational injury claims, disability cases, return-to-work plans, and workplace accommodations for designated Agropur sites. Provide recommendations to support the continuous improvement of business processes and practices related to disability management, as well as the use of absence management technology tools. Provide coaching and support to other members of the Health and Wellness team.

Ensure the disability management program is applied consistently by insurers, Human Capital teams, managers, unions,



and external disability management service providers. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with established processes to support informed decision-making. Ensure the quality and relevance of training content related to disability management for internal partners, including Human Capital Business Partners, site managers, and supervisors.

University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in disability management and workplace injury claims management.

Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken. Expertise in disability management best practices. Consulting mindset with robust influencing skills. A role for those who believe that performance is achieved collectively.
