Community Inclusion Support Worker Position Type: Full Time Wage: $25.14 - $28.73 per hour As a Community Inclusion Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. You’ll help adults with diverse abilities build skills, find belonging, and participate fully in their communities. We’re seeking a Community Inclusion Support Worker to support individuals in achieving their personal goals and living full, connected lives.

Reporting to the Program Manager and collaborating with a dedicated team, you’ll encourage independence, build relationships, and foster inclusion by creating opportunities for friendship, recreation, education, and vocational growth.
