- Lead and facilitate diverse recreational programs for residents
- Assess and create personalized care plans based on resident needs
- Ensure participation and support for all activities
- Complete care documentation accurately and timely
- Mentor volunteers engaged in meaningful activities

Requirements:

- Education in Recreation, Kinesiology, or related field
- Experience in Long Term Care enrichment programming preferred
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications needed
- Proficient in care planning software and Microsoft Office
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening within 6 months
