Elevate community safety with Toronto Community Housing as the Project Manager for Community Safety and Well-Being. Utilize your project management expertise to lead critical initiatives In this full-time, permanent role, you will report to the Senior Director of the Community Safety Unit. Your responsibility will include implementing the Community Safety and Well-Being Strategy across various divisions.

Key skills include project leadership, coordination of cross-functional teams, and stakeholder engagement to ensure service delivery meets community needs.

Key Responsibilities: • Translate CSWB Strategy into actionable multi-year plans • Maintain master implementation plan across outcome areas • Develop project charters and governance structures • Monitor project progress and identify issues • Promote consistent project management methods

Requirements: • Degree in public administration or related field • PMP certification or similar is an asset • Minimum five years leading complex projects • Experience in community safety and well-being • Robust analytical and communication skills

Drive impactful changes in community safety by managing strategic projects and engaging stakeholders effectively.
