Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services. Guide customers through clear, step-by-step solutions and follow up to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

Customer Interaction: Deliver prompt, efficient, and friendly support. Gather feedback on the customer service experience to help identify key areas for operational improvement.

Issue Escalation: Take ownership of complex problems and escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Knowledge Management: Assist in creating, updating,



and refining self-help documentation and Knowledge Base resources to empower customer self-service. Share user feedback and insights with the product development team and work closely with other departments to ensure a unified customer experience. 2–3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, preferably within a SaaS or virtual machine environment. ~ Hands-on experience with helpdesk platforms like Zendesk, Halo or Intercom. ~ Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and professionally. ~ Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends, as part of a rotating schedule. ~ Strong analytical and creative thinking skills; Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
