Company Representative (Part-Time, Remote)

Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract

We are looking for a Canada-based individual to support the registration and establishment of our new Canadian business entity and assist with the required company verification procedures.

This role does not require prior experience in compliance, banking, or financial services. We are open to candidates who meet the eligibility requirements, can communicate confidently in English, and are comfortable providing the necessary personal documentation and participating in verification calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with company registration and required verification procedures.
- Provide personal KYC documents required for the registration process.
- Attend scheduled verification calls with banks and financial institutions when required.
- Communicate clearly and cooperate with our internal team throughout the process.




- Be available for occasional calls outside regular Canadian business hours due to international time-zone differences.

Requirements

- Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Willingness to provide the required identification and supporting documents.
- Comfortable attending scheduled calls and completing verification procedures.
- Reliable, responsive, and available to coordinate with an international team.
- No previous compliance or financial services experience required.

Time Commitment & Compensation

- First two months: Approximately 40–50 hours per month.
- From the third month onward: Approximately 5 hours per month.
- Compensation: 2,500 USDT/month for the first two months and 1,000 USDT/month from the third month onward.
- Additional hours beyond the agreed limit will be compensated separately.
