As a Case Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding community members at UGM’s housing programs by setting goals and offering vital support. Your work will involve case management, program coordination, and tenant support, allowing you to advocate for social justice and enhance community welfare. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care and support to community members
- Create individualized case plans and set achievable goals




- Maintain accurate case files and documentation
- Coordinate programming to foster tenant engagement
- Assist tenants in addressing tenancy issues and conflicts

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of related case management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in social work preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of anti-oppressive practices
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
