Fraser Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Health Care Worker to provide direct patient care in the Fraser Valley region. The role involves assisting with personal care, meals, and daily activities while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a supportive team setting.

The successful candidate will participate in observations, documentation, and psychosocial activities under RN/RPN supervision. BC-based credentials and ability to transport patients may be required.
