Our client is looking for a meticulous and knowledgeable Compliance Officer to join their team in Kimberley . You will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards within the insurance sector. This involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, policies, and procedures.

Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with internal teams to embed a culture of compliance and manage regulatory risks effectively. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with current insurance legislation and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential breaches or areas of concern.

Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as required. Proven experience as a Compliance Officer , preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
