As the Waiver Policy and Compliance Supervisor, you will manage a dedicated team focused on home and community-based services (HCBS).
This role involves coordinating across multiple teams within the Department of Human Services, leading initiatives, and balancing competing priorities. You will play a vital role in strategic planning and representing the division on high-visibility issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop waiver policy implementation team
- Coordinate efforts among various DHS teams
- Lead policy and operational initiatives
- Balance competing resource and workload priorities
- Represent division on executive leadership matters Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in HCBS, waiver policy, or legislative processes
- Leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role
