Wellings of Bradford is a vibrant 55+ active living community featuring 76 suites and a welcoming environment focused on independence, comfort, and connection. Our Concierge team provides 24-hour front desk coverage and is the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors.

Position Details

Position: Casual Concierge – Weekday, weekend, holidays, days, afternoons, nights Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Compensation: $20 per hour, benefits, onsite parking, meal discounts

Role Summary The Concierge provides professional, friendly front desk service while supporting the daily operations, safety, and overall member experience of the community.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors; manage front desk inquiries, phone calls, messages, guest access, and building entry.

· Monitor lobby and common areas, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, address minor concerns, and escalate emergencies as required.





· Maintain concierge logs, shift reports, visitor records, and communicate important updates between shifts.

· Support member activities, events, sign-ups, amenity reservations, and general administrative duties.

· Maintain clean, organized, and presentable common areas; perform light housekeeping, report maintenance concerns, and assist with room setup and event preparation.

· Complete other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

· Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

· Comfortable using computers and workplace systems.

· Friendly, professional, approachable, and service-oriented.

· Solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work independently, prioritize multiple requests, and maintain attention to detail.

· Reliable and punctual

Job Type: Part-time
