As one of the primary points of contact in our Premium areas, you will provide outstanding hospitality, personalized service, and proactive support to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience from arrival to departure. This is an ideal prospect for individuals with hospitality, customer service, or event experience who are passionate about professional sports and creating world-class guest experiences.
Welcome Premium
Members and VIP guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event. Serve as the primary point of contact within Premium areas on match days. Deliver personalized service through special moments, surprise-and-delight initiatives, and premium gifting opportunities. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience in hospitality, guest services, premium service, or event operations.
Experience working with VIP guests or premium clientele is considered an asset.
Background in hospitality, tourism, event management, or a related field is an asset. Applicants must be available to work Vancouver Whitecaps FC home matches throughout the 2026 season , including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Complimentary food and beverages during shifts.
