Support the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta as a Conduct Assistant. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model and focuses on administrative support for complaint and hearings processes. The CLHA seeks a detail-oriented Conduct Assistant dedicated to public protection and regulatory excellence.
In this full-time permanent role, you will report to the Director, Professional Conduct, providing essential operational support for managing complaint files and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your professionalism and strong organizational skills will be vital as you handle various inquiries and support the Hearings Director as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complaint intake and file progression efficiently
- Facilitate communication among involved parties during investigations
- Ensure timely and compliant correspondence throughout processes
- Provide general administrative support to the Professional Conduct team
- Support hearings administration and perform additional responsibilities when required Requirements:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum one year of administrative experience sought
- Understanding of regulatory or healthcare settings is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
