Reporting to senior management, you will serve as a strategic advisor to internal business teams and play an active role in legal matters related to the management and growth of the organization's real estate portfolio.

Act as a trusted legal partner to business teams and senior leadership. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and real estate agreements. Support real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing activities.

Provide strategic advice on contractual, regulatory,



and compliance matters. Manage certain litigation files and collaborate with external legal counsel. Conduct legal research and monitor legislative and regulatory developments.

Assist with corporate governance matters and the maintenance of legal documentation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal department processes, tools, and templates. Relevant experience in real estate and commercial law.
