- Complete repair lists resulting from quality control MPDI and PDO inspections




- Assist in identifying and assessing construction deficiencies and perform repairs in a timely manner Report defects and damages to Construction Site staff if applicable
- Conductinterior repairs on windows, doors, frames, baseboards, floors

Diploma is an asset. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience. On-the-job training is a must.
