Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects, including earth works, site works, road construction, and underground utilities.

Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop quantity take-offs and pricing strategies. Utilize estimating software (MS Excel and/or HeavyBid) to produce detailed estimates and proposals. Identify and pursue opportunities in both public and private sectors.

Collaborate with Project Managers and other Estimators to review tenders and refine estimates. Participate in pre-construction planning, bid reviews, and post-award project kick-offs. Provide estimating support to project teams during execution, as needed. 3+ years of cumulative applicable work experience. ~ Familiarity with civil construction. ~ Great attention to detail and overall social skills. ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of MS Project.

Compensation will be determined by the successful applicant’s level of training and experience. Relocation expenses will be considered within Western Canada for the right candidate. #
