Metric Air Limited is seeking an organized and reliable Construction Material Coordinator to manage material requirements, coordinate with suppliers, track orders and deliveries, and maintain accurate purchasing and payment records for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers for material pricing, availability, orders, and deliveries.
- Track materials required for each project and ensure timely availability.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, receipts, delivery slips, and payment records.
- Track outstanding supplier payments, credits, returns, and balances.
- Coordinate with site supervisors regarding material requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory and material records.
- Report shortages, damaged materials, incorrect deliveries,



and pricing discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.

Requirements
- Experience in construction materials, purchasing, inventory, or coordination is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing materials is an asset.
- Valuable communication, organization, and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to coordinate with multiple suppliers.
