The Site Superintendent is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing construction activities on the job site. Working closely with the project team, this role ensures that work is completed in compliance with contractual documents, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements, while supporting productive daily operations and successful project delivery. Without limitation, the duties of the Site Superintendent are : Participate in the start-up and planning of new projects Contribute to scheduling, risk management and quality control Prepare short-term work plans Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry Proven experience working for a general contractor on large-scale projects Strong experience in industrial projects, including water treatment facilities, waste water treatment facilitiesand/or pumping stations Our employees' testimonials truly reflect the Beaudoin Construction experience.
