Develop and maintain the organization's business architecture, including the mapping of capabilities, processes and information flows; Define target business models and prepare opportunity files to support decision-making; Compare current and target architectures in order to establish gaps and trajectories of evolution; Build and update transformation roadmaps; Collaborate with solution architecture advisors and business analysts to ensure consistency of directions; Participate in architectural governance bodies and contribute to portfolio management activities; Model business domains using recognized frameworks and frameworks; Produce required architecture deliverables, including views, scenarios,



and traceability matrices; Support digital transformation initiatives in a complex organizational context; Make recommendations to optimize the alignment between business needs, processes and technological solutions.Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, administration or a related discipline; Perform a role in business architecture or enterprise architecture for a minimum of five (5) years; Carry out architectural modeling mandates using TOGAF, ArchiMate or comparable approaches; Participate in digital transformation initiatives in complex and multidimensional environments; Model business capabilities, organizational processes and information flows; Produce strategic analyses and business cases; Ensure alignment between strategy, architecture and technologies; A master's degree in business administration or enterprise architecture is an asset; Evolve in the health or public safety sector, a major asset; Knowledge of clinical and pre-hospital information systems is an asset; This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers,
