We are now looking for a Product Consultant to join our Professional Services team on a fixed-term contract to cover a temporary absence, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and future circumstances.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, consulting, customer interaction, and project delivery in an international environment. As a Product Consultant, you will work closely with customers and colleagues to implement and optimize Axiell's collection management solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring customers get maximum value from our products.

Consulting customers on product configuration and best practices ~- Performing data migration projects, including mappings and specifications ~ Executing implementation, configuration, testing,



and deployment activities ~ Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope ~ Building strong customer relationships through clear communication and high-quality service ~ Participating in project meetings, workshops, and review sessions ~ Identifying customer needs and opportunities for further solution improvements ~ Working with both current and existing customers across the cultural heritage sector We believe you have a technical background combined with a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman Experience with cloud-based environments, preferably Microsoft Azure At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, service, consulting, or technical support role A strong communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction At Axiell, you'll be part of a purpose-driven international company where technology helps preserve and share knowledge, culture, and history.
