The EFA Transition Consultant is responsible for delivering a high-touch and often in-person onboarding and transition experience for Experienced Financial Advisors (EFAs) joining Edward Jones Canada.

Serving as a trusted consultant and strategic partner, the EFA Transition Consultant helps experienced advisors successfully transition their practice, clients, and business operations to Edward Jones. This role provides personalized guidance, coaching, and transition support designed to accelerate advisor integration, productivity, and long-term success. This role combines project management, operational expertise, relationship management, and change leadership to support advisor integration, client asset transfers, account onboarding, and adoption of Edward Jones systems, processes, and culture.





The EFA Transition Consultant serves as a trusted advisor and central point of coordination among field leadership, home office departments, and operational support teams to help advisors successfully transition and grow their business. ~5+ years of experience in financial services, advisor support, branch operations, onboarding, client transitions, project management, or a related field. ~ Experience consulting with financial advisors, supporting practice management initiatives, or leading advisor business transition activities preferred. ~ Experience coaching, influencing, or guiding professionals through organizational or operational change preferred.
