Job Title: Systems Implementation Specialist Department: Team Development & Optimization Reports To: Manager, Team Development & Optimization Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (37.5 per week) Work Location: Welland, Ontario, Canada - Requirement to travel to other McDougall Insurance Group locations as necessary.

Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time The Systems Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization and ongoing development of the organization's business platforms and technology solutions. Support the configuration and optimization of key platforms including Applied Epic, Zoho, RingCentral, ARS and other business systems. Support system enhancements through testing, deployment and post-implementation review.

Technical

Solutions & Integration Translate business needs into practical technical solutions. Identify opportunities to integrate systems and eliminate duplicate data entry or manual processes. Work with vendors and technology partners to explore technical capabilities, integrations and system enhancements.





Work closely with the Automation & Workflow Specialist and business stakeholders to understand workflow needs and develop appropriate technical solutions. Maintain a pipeline of technology opportunities and provide recommendations based on value, feasibility and scalability. 1-3 years of experience in business systems, technology, software implementation, automation, integrations or a related field. ~ Demonstrated aptitude for learning and working with software platforms and technology. ~ Experience with automation, RPA, integrations and/or APIs is an asset. ~ Solid communication and organizational skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ~ Experience with Applied Epic, Zoho, or similar business platforms is an asset. ~ Insurance industry experience is an asset; Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage Health Spending Account (HSA) Paid personal days Competitive vacation entitlement Paid time to volunteer in the community Ongoing training and professional development opportunities #
