The Role

Basé(e) sur le campus de Montréal, ainsi que sur les sites de l’entreprise et des clients en Amérique du Nord selon les besoins, le ou la candidat(e) retenu(e) contribuera à l’excellence de la prestation de projets pour des clients œuvrant dans les secteurs de la production, du transport et de la distribution d’énergie.

Your Impact - Concevoir, planifier, intégrer, tester et mettre en service les exigences matérielles et logicielles sur les systèmes des clients.

- Effectuer l’installation, l’intégration et les tests du matériel, du logiciel et du système.
- Prendre en charge les efforts de résolution de problèmes liés aux écarts constatés et déployer des solutions rapidement.
- Définir les exigences des projets par le biais de communications avec les clients et transmettre ces besoins aux autres départements, au besoin.
- Fournir une expertise en réseautique et en conception de systèmes/applications.
- Personnaliser la configuration du système, du matériel et du réseau selon les exigences des clients.
- Offrir assistance et soutien technique conformément aux contrats de maintenance et garanties.
- Contribuer à la création de matériel de formation et à la documentation des projets au besoin.

What You'll Need - Baccalauréat en génie électrique, génie informatique, physique, génie des systèmes, ou dans un domaine connexe, ainsi qu’une expérience de stage.





- Connaissances de base en programmation informatique; une introduction au langage C au minimum.
- Connaissances générales des architectures informatiques, du réseautage, des bases de données et des systèmes d’exploitation.
- Capacité et flexibilité pour voyager sur des sites clients, tant au niveau national qu’international.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, interpersonnelles, ainsi que de communication orale et écrite.
- Fort engagement envers un service client supérieur.
- Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets en parallèle dans un environnement dynamique.
