We’re an established digital marketing agency in Montreal’s West Island, and we’re looking for an in-office bilingual Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to become a value-added member of our team. We work with businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them strengthen their digital presence through SEO, AISEO, content marketing and website development .

Digital marketing is changing quickly — and we like it that way. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with marketing technologies & data, curious about new platforms and AI tools, and able to turn ideas into useful, well-executed digital content. One day you might be preparing and publishing an SEO-focused article, the next creating graphical assets to support the content, updating a website or coordinating with our development team on a client project.

If you enjoy variety, like learning new things and want to develop your skills across several areas of digital marketing, this could be a great fit. Creating and editing SEO-focused content in both French and English that is accurate, valuable and appropriate for each client. Creating and adapting visual assets for blogs, websites, social media and other digital campaigns Review audits & performance results, interpret data (rankings, traffic, conversions, and AI search visibility) and turn the numbers into clear next steps.

Formatting and publishing content within client websites Publishing and coordinating content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile Supporting traditional SEO, AISEO and GEO initiatives Assisting with on-page SEO, including headings, metadata, internal linking and content optimization, EEAT factors Coordinating website development and other digital projects between clients, designers, developers and members of our internal team Keeping projects, content calendars,



approvals and deliverables organized and moving forward Reviewing websites and digital assets for quality, accuracy and consistency before publication Learning and working with new marketing platforms, AI applications and digital tools as they emerge We’re looking for someone who is fluently bilingual with solid communication skills with a genuine comfort level around marketing technology . Excellent written and spoken French and English , as the position involves creating, reviewing and coordinating client communications and content in both languages Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills An understanding of digital marketing and how content supports search visibility and business objectives Strong computer and general technical skills The ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar software and platforms Good organizational and project-coordination skills A candidate with a few years experience working in a digital marketing agency is desired but open to hear about your experience.

Experience with some of the following would be considered a strong asset: Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals: Reporting & SEO audit tools ChatGPT, Claude or other leading AI tools WordPress or other CMS platforms Canva, Adobe and/or Figma creative tools We are more interested in finding someone with solid digital fundamentals, strong communication skills, curiosity and the ability to learn.
