You’ll help manage onboarding, performance reviews, and the implementation of training programs. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will ensure effective communication and engagement within our workforce while maintaining compliance with employment regulations. - Support managers with performance management issues
- Participate in HR projects focusing on diversity and inclusion
- Monitor training programs and assess their effectiveness Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2-5 years of HR experience in various HR roles
- Solid understanding of HR regulations and systems
