Position Title: Contract Clinical Counselor / Therapist-(split framework 60/40, 65/45, 70/30 based on experience)

Location: Central Office in Kelowna (with dedicated physical rooms) / Hybrid (Virtual Telehealth Options)

Schedule: Flexible Blocks Available (Monday to Saturday, Day or Evening Shifts)

Compensation: depending on experience $75 to $112.00 per hour (Based on average gross session fees of $125.00 – $160.00)

Are you looking to build your clinical hours or transition out of high-overhead solo practice without losing your income? We provide a premium turn-key private practice infrastructure with zero administrative headaches.

Under our shared-split model, you retain 60, 65 or 70 percent of every gross session fee you generate.

We take care of everything else:

- Client Pipeline: Full-scale local marketing, SEO, and community referral networks to keep your schedule optimally booked.
- Zero Admin or Billing Hassles: Full reception coverage, intake coordination, automated triage, card-on-file payment processing, and automated bi-weekly or monthly payouts.
- Dedicated Therapy Space: Fully furnished, serene, dedicated private counseling rooms inside our central office building.
- Full Autonomy: Control your own schedule by locking in advanced fixed blocks of time that respect your work-life balance.

By embedding your contract practice within our charity, your presence directly funds equity:

- Direct Subsidization: The charity's margin is used exclusively to maintain our infrastructure and fund subsidized individual and group therapy and support programs for marginalized and low-income individuals.
- The Next Generation: Your presence supports our master’s level student practicum clinic, allowing us to multiply our community care impact exponentially under professional clinical supervision.
- Peer Collaboration: While retaining your complete independence as a contractor, you gain access to an integrated team environment, including optional weekly peer consultation meetings.

What You Bring to the Team:

- An active, unrestricted professional clinical registration/licensure in valuable standing with your governing body.
- Your own professional liability insurance.
- A minimum commitment of 12-20+ hours per week within regular, advanced booked blocks.
- A deep passion for delivering high-tier evidence-based care while championing accessible mental health support for vulnerable or marginalized populations.
