We are seeking a UX Designer with 3+ years of relevant experience working on complex digital products and projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user-centred design, mobile-first and responsive design, user research, usability testing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Apply UX design best practices to develop effective, user-centred solutions.

Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles. Ability to efficiently iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and testing. Participate in complex projects of different sizes while following UX best practices, project plans, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Facilitate user research and usability testing activities.

Experience with accessibility compliance testing is an asset.





Experience supporting projects through Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live (DABL) or similar delivery methodologies. Ability to work effectively within balanced Agile/Scrum teams. Solid hands-on experience with UX and design tools including Figma, Axure, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin, and/or JustInMind. Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.
