We’re seeking a Project Cost Controller to joint our dynamic team and continue to grow the Project Controls team at ServcoCanada! This role is flexible, dynamic, challenging, and rewarding — and yes, actually fun!

Pension Plan

Versatile work schedule Monitor and control project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Prepare accurate project reports, billings, and cost analyses. Support project setup, cost tracking, and change management processes.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, clients, and accounting teams. Identify cost variances, risks, and opportunities,



and recommend corrective actions. Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to demonstrate long‑term work authorization.

Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Project Management, Business, or a related field.

Strong Microsoft

Excel skills;

experience with accounting or project cost control software is an asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
