You’ll work in a structured, well-organized kitchen with high standards, a steady volume, and a modern French-inspired menu — the perfect environment to develop your skills and keep growing as a cook.

YOUR ROLE IN THE KITCHEN

You’ll take ownership of your station and contribute directly to the quality and consistency of every plate leaving the kitchen.





- Complete mise en place and prepare dishes according to Chez Lionel standards;
- Deliver consistent, high-quality execution throughout service;
- Maintain high standards for quality and presentation;
- Keep your station clean, organized, and efficient;
- Ensure proper product rotation and freshness;
- Work closely with the Chef and the rest of the brigade to ensure smooth and efficient service.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 1 to 3 years of professional kitchen experience
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume restaurant
- Fast, organized, and proud of delivering quality work
- Strong team player
- Eager to learn and develop your culinary skills
- Culinary training is an asset
