Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and storage guidelines
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients for service
- Serve meals efficiently to guests while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts to ensure a safe and organized kitchen environment




- Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple tasks with energy and focus
- Follow all health department regulations and company policies related to food safety and hygiene

Qualifications

- Proven minimum 2 years of experience in food service or restaurant environments, demonstrating strong cooking skills and familiarity with kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, meal assembly, and presentation standards
- Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and maintaining a clean work workplace
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
- Prior food industry or restaurant experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen environments
