Invoicing Clerk Regular, Full time Day shift, Monday to Friday. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience; Solid knowledge of billing and basic accounting principles; Diploma in accounting, administration, or management, or equivalent relevant experience; Send invoices to customers using their preferred delivery method (email, mail, portal); Respond to customer questions regarding their invoices. Verify information (prices, quantities, taxes, commercial terms); Prepare credit notes in the event of errors or returns; Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices; Perform accounts payable department tasks (processing supplier invoices and following up on account statements); Collaborate with the Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Accounting teams; On est un acteur majeur, engagé dans la transformation énergétique au Canada.
