A Degree in Law from an accredited institution Membership in positive standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

A Minimum of two years of relevant experience in Corporate Law. A Strong desire to grow as a legal professional working with experienced lawyers in the short term, but with the drive to build the practice area long term Strong technical skills in document production, management and docketing This role is a full time, permanent opportunity with compensation of between $110,000 to $150,000 with an additional variable. Downtown office with exceptional team and hybrid work arrangement that respects the demands of the role and recognizes the need for flexibility.
